Urban Disaster Resilience Analysis of Critical Infrastructure Considering Interdependence

This study defines resilience as the relative influence on the recovery of urban systems during the post-disaster recovery process and analyzes the importance of critical infrastructure. Based on the 4R resilience framework (robustness, redundancy, resourcefulness, and rapidity), the Analytic Network Process (ANP) was employed to consider the interdependencies among infrastructure systems. The results indicate that the information, communication, and energy sectors have the greatest influence on
