Improving the Application of the Ishikawa Diagram Through the MindMaster Software

The study analyzed the effect of using the MindMaster software on the design of the Ishikawa diagram among university students in the social sciences. A quantitative approach was applied using a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design with an experimental group and a control group.
